Shilan N Shah - LL.B.(HONS)

Shilan gained an honorary degree in law at which is now the University of London in 1980 where he also undertook his Law Society Final Examinations.
He qualified as a solicitor in November 1983 and was made a partner with Leftley & Co., Harrow, in January 1984.
He remained in partnership until 1990 when he set up a practice on his own account as Shah & Co., that firm being the predecessor to Everatt's Solicitors. He has a wide range of experience in dealing with all aspects of the law. He has a well-established client base consisting of private and corporate clients.
Whilst he is a general practitioner, his specialist areas are in dealing with all commercial matters including commercial litigation, primarily brought about from experience gained in advising business clients on all aspects of the law as they affect businesses.
The main areas in which he specialises are all commercial matters and litigation.


Sangeet Bhatti - LL.B.(HONS)

Sangeet read law at Kingston University, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law at City University.
She completed her training in West London and upon qualifying as a solicitor she moved to a legal 500 firm in Essex. Sangeet then joined Lester Dominic Solicitors in October 2008 to head their property, wills and probate department.
Sangeet specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing and acts for landlords and also tenants. Her transactions have involved acting for a reputable charity company and business clients on various commercial property transactions ranging from the purchase of commercial property to the grant of leases, assignments of leases with on-going businesses.
She has also acted for private individual on high value residential estate transactions and provides excellent client service with absolute discretion.


Mrs Binal Shah - LL.B.(HONS)

Binal studied law at London Guildhall University and thereafter, completed her Legal Practice Course at College of Law, London. She joined Everatt's as a Trainee Solicitor in December 2009 and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2010. Binal currently deals with all types of matters ranging from Family Law, Wills and Administration of Estates, Immigration to Litigation and Residential as well as Commercial Conveyancing
Working in tandem with Shilan Shah, Binal is likely to be your first point of contact should you require any information on the progress of your case with us. Binal will primarily be involved in undertaking legal research, drafting documents, administrative duties, attending court hearings as well as managing her own caseload.
